Stephen L. Moore, president and founder of the company, holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, which he received in 1986. After receiving his degree, Mr. Moore worked for various surveying companies performing duties in all aspects of the land surveying business. Mr. Moore holds surveying licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina.
